Warranty & Quality Guarantee
All NEATEN devices are covered by a generous One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not issues from general use or accidental damage. Exclusions that void the warranty include (but are not limited to): cosmetic damage, degradation of consumable parts (blades, tips), normal battery degradation, and accidental damage (drops, unauthorized repairs).
If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return by contacting our 24/7 Customer Support team. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
