2.3. Pricing Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for that product.

2.4. Shipping & Delivery: Products are shipped from our fulfilment center in Malaysia. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs delays, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays once the order has been handed to the courier.

3. Payment Methods

3.1. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, local payment gateways (e.g., PayNow, TNG eWallet), digital wallets, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum).

3.2. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through the Site.

4. Returns, Warranty, and Liability

4.1. Warranty: All Products are covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects as outlined in our Warranty Policy. This warranty excludes damage from misuse or normal wear and tear, including consumable parts such as blades or tips.

4.2. Returns: Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy. Customers must contact Customer Support to initiate any return request.

4.3. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall NEATEN, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Products.
